Shipping policy

We bake our Cookies/Brownies fresh on the day your package leaves with them! Please allow 1-2 working business days for dispatch and 1-3 business days for delivery. (Postage times vary depending on your location!)  You will get email notifications with your tracking number and delivery updates all the way to door.)

We ship on Tuesday-Friday.
For areas outside of the Kwazulu Natal, if your order is placed on a Friday, it will be shipped the following Tuesday as we are not open On Mondays and courier services do not collect on weekends.
